2 squirrels
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
bacon fat for frying
water
1 large sliced onion
Skin and clean squirrels. Cut into quarters and roll in flour, combined with salt and pepper. Heat bacon fat in large pot and add squirrel. Brown on all sides and then add onion, cook for 3 more minutes. Then cover with water and simmer for 2 hours. Serve with biscuits and some wicked collard greens. Call the in-laws over for dinner and chow down!
